📦 SHIPPING

We ship via express courier within 2-4 business days from order confirmation. Orders are processed every business day.

Delivery times

  • Italy: 24–72 hours from shipment (barring logistical unforeseen circumstances)

  • International: variable times; contact us for more details

Shipping costs

  • Free for orders over €100

  • For smaller orders: €7.99 (standard shipping)

International shipments

We also ship internationally. Costs and times will be provided upon request. Any customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking

You can request your tracking code by writing to us via email or WhatsApp with your order number.

🔄 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, without needing to provide a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

  1. Send written communication to info@oursbag.it or via WhatsApp, specifying the order number and the products to be returned.

  2. Products must be:

    • Unused

    • In original condition

    • With intact packaging

Refund times and methods

Once the returned products are received, we will issue a refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • To be paid by the customer, except in the case of defective goods or an error on our part

❌ DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • We will offer a full refund or free replacement, including shipping costs

🔁 EXCHANGES AND REPLACEMENTS

You can request a product exchange within 14 days of purchase. The product must be:

  • In perfect condition

  • Unused

  • With original packaging

Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the buyer.
